"Remembering Cedrick Allen Joiner"

Cedrick Allen Joiner was born to the parents of Vanessa Joiner and Donald Allen Ray in Gulfport Mississippi on March 17, 1980 on St. Patrick day and died on May 27th Memorial Day.

Cedrick grew up in San Mateo, CA and graduated from Peninsula High School. Later in life he relocated to Sacramento. He had a passion for cooking at a very early age and always wanted to help out in the kitchen with his grandmother. This turned out to be his true passion in life becoming a Chef he enjoyed cooking for family, friends and and everyone enjoyed his special recipes. He worked for Calstrs and Delta King for several years. He welcomed anyone to the challenge of a cook off with him. He learned about car's hanging with his Grandfather Walter and Uncle's underneath the hood. His Mother was the most special person in his life and his best friend.

Cedrick was bless to have two daughters Alyssa & Olivia who he loved dearly spending as much time with them as possible he would shop for them, take them places and feed them his special meals. He always made sure they were well token care of. Cedrick had the biggest heart and loved to get all the kids together for a fun day of activities and BBQ. In spare time he loved taking a drive to the bay area with his family. He also enjoyed the company of his Fiance Tanesha whom he loved dearly.

If you didn't know it he was a BIG 49er fan "you better ask somebody"

He was preceded in death by his Father Donald Allen Ray, Grandfather Walter Joiner, Grandparents Paul and Lolli Ray

He survived by his Mother: Vanessa Joiner, Grandmother: Clara Joiner, Uncles: Anthony, Warren and Vincent Joiner, Aunt Loraine Askew ,Daughters: Alyssa Joiner & Olivia Joiner, Stepson: Johnathon Collins, Goddaughter: Saniya Kenney, Fiance Tanesha Gonsalves as well as an abundance of family and friends.
