Donna was born April 30th, 1953 to Ora Lee Davis and Hassie Williams in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

Donna was their only child together. Although Donna's parents didn't have any other children together

they both had other children giving Donna many other siblings. Donna Father had several other children ,

her brother Isaac Young and several other brothers and sisters most of whom Donna Knew.  Donna's

mother married Wiley Jones Sr. and from that union there was a blended family of six children. Mary E.

Jones, Donna L. Davis, Octavia Y. Jones, Wiley Jones Jr., Thaddeus G. Norfleet and Frankie L. Jones.

Donna went to Lincoln High School, in Tiptonville, Tennessee. Donna got her CNA License in 1996

and worked several positions in the health care field.

She later got her AA Degree in Medical Billing and Transcription.

Donna took care of her youngest brother for over 30 years; after he was felt wheelchair bond

after a tragic incident at the age of 18

years old. Everyone who knew Donna thought that she suffered and major broken heart after her

youngest brother passed in 2019. From that forward she

was never the same. Donna's smile was never the same; light in her smile was gone and the laughter in her life was no longer visible.

Donna married Robert Mayes Jr and to that union no children were born. Donna never had children of her own; however she

helped her sister raise her three children and her grandchildren as well as her Great-Grand-children. All of the children

loved Aunt Donna and Aunt Donna loved the children!

Donna married Anthony Davis on February 14, 2006 and they too never had children. While they couldn't live as husband

and wife she loved him until her dying day.  Donna passed  due to medical complications on September 5th, 2022 at the age of 69 years young.

Donna is proceeded in death by her maternal and fraternal Grand-parents, Her Mother and Step- father, Her Father, her oldest sister , her youngest brother,

and a host of other family members to greet her at the pearly gates.

Donna leaves to morn her youngest sister "Octavia Y. Jones-Keene of Sacramento, California" ,

"Brother Isaac Young of Florida", Brother; "Wiley Jones Jr of Sacramento, California" Brother Thaddeus G.

Norfleet of Montana", An Aunt Mary L Reed of Fresno California, large host of nieces, nephews, great

nieces and nephews, Great- Great Nieces and Nephews, cousins and friends. Her very close friend and

sister  Shannon.
