On December 27th 1980 in Sacramento, CA a STAR was born name Elicia Drayton to Lisa Calloway, she attended several schools in the Sacramento area and graduated from Luther Burbank High School, Elicia was a cheerleader for the Pop Warner football team for many years, she eventually volunteered her time as a cheerleading coach, Elicia was also known as Boots, Weezy, and Lisawa, she loved to decorate and did some social event planning, Elicia grew up as a member of Gospel Center COGIC under the leadership of the late Pastor John Doyle, later in life she joined All Nations COGIC church, under the leadership of the late Pastor Itasker Hollins Sr, she loved to usher as well as praise dance, in 2012 Elicia moved to Fort Mitchell, Alabama, where she went to Cosmetology School, she returned to Sacramento and continued her hair journey at Federico Beauty School, after graduating top of her class she

went to work at Exquisite U Hair and Beauty Salon Boutique, she was known as The Official Braid Slayer".

Exquisite U was her second home, she loved her co-workers, and they loved her too, she loved making people laugh with her exaggerated stories and brightening up a room with that million-dollar smile.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories: her mother Lisa Calloway-Lawson/Willie, her father Phillip Drayton Sr., her brother Kevin Watkins, her sister LaShandra Gaines, two other sisters Tatyanna Watkins and DeAyanna Watkins, her two sons Damar Morris and Damond Tillman, her two daughters Alexis Morris and Alani Tillman, boyfriend Gerald Henderson, love of her life grandson Marcel Tillman, many favorite cousins, Gia, Jamila, Georgina, Regina, Isis, Shalimar, and many more, several aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and her Exquisite U Family.
