Jose A. Cisneros was born on February 19, 1943. Came to rest on August 29, 2017. Survived by his children, Andrea, LaNatte, Mary, Diana and Carlos; five grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sister Helen, and brother Andy. Retired from Campbell Soup. Memorial will be held on friday, September 29 at 1 pm at Ramsey Wallace Funeral Home and Chapel, 1831 Howe Ave, Sacramento CA 95825.
