On the day of October 20 ^th 1978, Keela Lanae Cole was born in Sacramento, California to the proud parents of Franklyn and Diane Cole. Keela was the second child out of three siblings Franklyn Jr. and Tyra. Keela attended Florin High School but later graduated from Calvine High School in 1996.

After Graduating High School, Keela met the man that would always hold her heart, Jermaine Hood. In 1999 the two welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby girl Kayla Lashae Hood. Shortly after Kayla Hood turned one they welcomed another precious baby girl Jasmine Shaunte Hood.

Keela lived her life as a friendly and outgoing worker in customer service and in restaurants. Although she spent a lot of her time working , her favorite thing to do was spend time with her girls. Keela made her kids her top priority and did anything and more to make sure they were happy.

Unfortunately on July 20 ^th , 2021 around 2 am the lord unexpectedly called Keela home and into his graces to join her mother and her father.

Keela leaves to cherish her memories, her siblings Franklyn Jr, Tyra; her children Kayla, Jasmine:; her nephews Frankie, Cooper, Payton; and her friends who she grew to be family that she loves but also people loved her.

She'll never be forgotten, but she will always be deeply missed.
