Leo Weldon Johnson Aka Skip was born on November 8, 1967 in Richmond California. He was the only child to William and Joyce Webster. He graduated from Richmond High in 1985. He later relocated to Lompoc, CA in 2000 where he worked at Jiffy Lube for many years. In 2007 he relocated to Sacramento, CA to help care for his mother. Leo loved the Raiders and always represented them by wearing their attire. Leo was a loving and generous man, he was a great friend with a humerus personality and always made everyone laugh. He loved by many, he had a great bond with his family and he was a great father to his son. He is survived by his parents William Webster and Joyce Webster, his sister Darshay Lewis, his niece Alaila Lewis and his son Zachary Schwind -Johnson, And also many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends that loved him dearly.
