Randell Lamont Burton
(Burt)

Randell Lamont Burton was born October 2, 1958 in
Loma Linda, California to the union of the late Jirtle Lee
Burton and Rosemary (Holloway) Johns in San
Bernardino, CA. Rosemary later relocated to
Sacramento, CA and married McArthur Johns.
He graduated from Norte. Del Rio High School and
received his certificate of Roofing and Waterproofing
and worked as a journeyman roofer in Sacramento for
20 years.
He married La'Tonya Lott, with children Yoshi Williams
and Donald Johnson. Of that union bore Janelle Lanie
Burton and Jashun Lamont Burton. He enjoyed his step
grandchildren Toshiar Green, Anochiko Justin, Aichimi
Justin, Antoine Justin, Layloni Johnson, Bella Johnson,
Asijah Johnson.
He was a baptized member and Choir Singer of Mount
Olive Missionary Baptist Church where he met his loving
confidant and friend Gladys Barton and beloved dog
Neio, aka Nay-Nay.
Randell was preceded in death by his parents and
brothers Gilbert Burton and Gary Burton. He is survived
by his siblings Richard E. Saterfield (Bonnie), Tanya L.
Watkins, Patsy Burton, Mary, Gina Burton, Ramero
Burton, Tyron Burton. Host of children, grandchildren,

special nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-
nephew's, cousins, and friends.
