Obituary

Roice Antonio Murillo (Ram) was born in Sacramento, California on March 24, 1996 to Monica Henry Johnson and Antonio Murillo.  Ram was called home to be with the Lord at the tender age of 25 years old on the evening of September 4, 2021 at 5:45 pm.

Ram accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Bryant C. Wyatt, Pastor.

Ram grew up in North Highlands, California and attended Larchmont Elementary School.  Later he and his mom moved to Rio Linda, California where he attended Rio Linda Jr. High and Rio Linda High School.  Ram worked off and on as a landscaper for Fletchers Landscaping.  Ram was a smart, lovable, generous and caring young man.  He had a silly personality and a good sense of humor.  Ram loved music and had a beautiful tenor voice.  He enjoyed horseback riding and started riding at 6 years old and named his first pony Bravery.  Ram loved being out in nature, hiking, camping and just laying out under the stars enjoying the wonders of God's creation.  Ram also loved being near water, especially lakes where he enjoyed fishing, jet skiing, and kayaking.

His mom says of her only son:

"I watched my son go through a rough puberty to a fine young man

that didn't let a day go by without him saying "I Love You Mom."

Ramsey Murillo (Ram) said of himself on his facebook page:

Very outgoing exuberant Persona an extravagant charisma

bold at times yet sometimes too intelligent

Roice was preceded in death by his Uncle William C. Henry and cousin Robert L. Pierce III.

Roice leaves to mourn his passing his mom Monica Henry Johnson, his step-dad Terry Johnson Sr., one devoted sister Mercedes Brown, two nieces Moneka Brown and Kaileh Bender and one nephew Kailon Bender.  Four loving and caring aunties, Meredith Campbell, Lesia Henry, Janeice Pierce, and Aubrey Gaskin. Three uncles, Theodore Campbell, Robert L. Pierce, II and Jeffrey Gaskin, nine first cousins, seventeen second cousins, other relatives and friends.
