Ruby Jewel Fowler was born August 6, 1939, in Arkansas, and passed May 11,2024. Beloved Mother, Grandma, Sister,Auntie, Great Grandma, Great-Great Grandma and friend to many. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Deborah Lewis, son Datari Williams, and son Derrick Butler Sr. Loving grandmother of 12, great grandmother to 19 and great great grandmother to 7. She is preceded in death by her mother Eleanor Ferrell ,father Lyneree Billberry, and brother Doyle (Mickey) Billberry.

Ruby was a very loving individual who was loved by many. She was known to be feisty and sharp but she always had that kind hearted spirit that everyone adores. If you knew Ruby you knew she could eat, cook and loved her watermelon. She was very family oriented and adored and loved everyone. In her free time she would be sleeping or being nosey, she was always well informed. Her hobbies included fishing and talking to loved ones. Ruby was a strong woman of God and proud member of Jubilare Evangelistic Ministries under Pastor Walton. Ruby was always a phone call away for anyone to reach out to and loved everyone dearly.
