Shirley Anne Wilson was the eldest of seven children born on November 24, 1946 in Tucson, AZ. She was predeceased by her mother, Riche M. Corum, Father Rev. Collins, and grandparents Richard & Leora Moore and finally, Sister Mary Corum.
Shirley accepted Christ early in life and was baptized at Phillips Chapel CME Church in Tucson, AZ. She praised the Lord through song, youth Bible study, Sunday School, and ushering. Shirley graduated from Tucson High School in 1964 and continued her education of her core studies for her AA degree.
She enjoyed her pathway through various careers afforded her. She praised her Lord for all the blessing He bestowed upon her.
Later in life, when health began to fail her, she kept her hand in God's hand and did His bidding no matter the cost. She kept her family prayed up, asking for God to bathe them in His healing powers and open their eyes to see and to praise Him.
Shirley leaves to cherish her memory, her children Wendall Wilson, fiancé LaChristian, of Las Angeles, CA; son David Wilson, and daughter Lacretia Wilson of Sacramento, CA. Granchildren De'Angelo, Syntia, Devin, De'Andre, Devin, De'Omari, Ericka, Deanna, Kyree, Lillianna, Destiny, I'amie. Great-grandchildren: Syneajah, Leyona, Syniah, Ace, Remi, Jaicente, Anatasia, and Maia. She leaves her siblings Loretta Sublett (Robert), Bennie Corum (Marlo), Leigh Esther Corum, Ruth Thomas, (Dan), William Corum, (Sheryal). She leaves to cherish her memory, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and a host of loving friends.
