Willie Andrew Ketchum, born October 16th, 1954 to George and Rosie Lee Ketchum, in Little Rock Arkansas. Willie is the fourth child in 10 children, he was the 3rd boy of 7 brothers and 3 sisters. Willie is preceded in death by 3 brothers, John, Donald Ray,and Johnny Lee and his parents, the family moved to Sacto in 1966. Willie attended Donner Elementary and Hiram Johnson High School.

Willie is the father of 5 daughters, Tamica, Phachel, Savannah, Loraina, and Andrea. Willie loved his daughters. Willie always had a saying or phrase that would keep you laughing and he always had something in his pocket that was worth a lot of money that he never redeemed.

Willie worked for years at a downtown hotel. According to Willie he had a degree in maintenance. Willie's pass time was playing chess, cards and Dominos at which he beat most opponents with a smile.

Willie was a christian, he united with  the Friendship Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Joseph McGee , which he attended with his mother Rosie Lee.

Willie leaves to cherish his memories, his daughters Tamica Washington (Reginald), Phachel Ketchum (Eric Gill) of Sacramento and Savannah Ketchum of Stockton California. 7 grandchildren, Isaiah Spivey Sr., and Saiah Washington, Phahali Lark and Phachel Ketchum Lark II of Sacramento, Charles and Kimberly Theets, King James Barrett of Stockton, 3 sisters, Gladys Smith (Kenneth), Rose Evans (Darrell), Callus Ketchum (Tyrone) of Sacramento, and 3 brothers, George, Robert and Mabon Dewayne (Stephanie) Ketchum all of Sacramento, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
